Kim Victoria Cattrall born 21 August 1956 is an British Canadian actress. Best known for the character in the role of Samantha Jones in the HBO Sex and the City series for which she received nominations for five Emmy Award nominations and four Golden Globe Award, winning the Golden Globe 2002 for the most outstanding supporting actress. The role was reprised in the films Sex and the City (2008) and Sex and the City 2 (2010). Her most prominent role includes Police Academy, Big Trouble from Little China Mannequin, and Porky's from the'80s. Kim Cattrall is most often connected to her iconic HBO show, Sex & the City, where she played Samantha Jones. The character of Samantha Jones played by noted actress Cattrall was a pivotal event in her career. Her popularity grew not only amongst her national audience but she became an international star. Anita Ekberg...................Anita Ekberg was a Swedish actress who appeared in several European as well as American films. Her most well-known role is her role in the comedy-drama movie La Dolce Vita. The film was awarded an Oscar as well as the Golden Palm at the Cannes Film Festival in 1960 and was also a commercial and critical success. Her acting career began as a fashion designer in Skane. She was later crowned her first Miss Sweden contest. After that, she moved to the United States and began appearing in a variety of films. The first movie credit she had was Venusian on Abbott and Costello Go to Mars. Her first credit role was in Abbott and Co. Go to Mars in which she was a guard from Venus.
